I haven't put on make-up in quite a while. Some of that is due to depression and some of it is just because I haven't gone out in a very long time. Anyway, I decided to celebrate World Goth Day on Friday by dressing up and putting on makeup. I'm pretty happy with the results.

It's time for TMI Tuesday!




Ash:
1. How replaceable are you?
Honestly? I don't think I'm very special. I have always felt expendable my entire life. I'm sure there will always be someone better that could replace me.

2. Does jealously have value in driving humans to improve themselves or is it a purely negative emotion?
Jealousy is only a negative emotion if you don't own it and communicate about why you are feeling that way. Sometimes jealousy should drive someone to improve themselves. Though, jealousy is often just a product of our brains lying to us.

3. A section of your life’s memories needs to be erased, which era will you elect to have erased?
a. childhood memories – age 3 to 12
b. teen and young adult years – age 13 to 23
c. adult – age 24 to 35
A. I would love to have my childhood memories erased. I had a horribly abusive childhood. My step-dad abused me physically, sexually, and emotionally. I'd love to forget all of that. There really weren't many good memories from the age of 3-12 in my life.

4. With no laws or rules to influence your behavior, how do you think you would behave?
I am way too innocent for my own good. I break small laws that I find to be completely ridiculous (I'm the u-turn queen) but I doubt I would ever do anything that people would consider bad.

5. Does anonymity encourage people to misbehave or does it reveal how people would choose to act all the time if they could?
I fully believe this to be the case.

Bonus: In the time of coronavirus pandemic, what are you rocking–homemade face covering or manufactured mask?
I have a homemade face mask that a friend made for me. I also bought some from an online company that has switched from making clothing to making masks during the pandemic.




Husband:
1. How replaceable are you?
There are days where I feel like there is no one that can replace me, where I feel so assured of my place in the world, at work, and at home and those are the days when I am having little to no mental health issues. Bad days will strip me of all of my confidence and I feel like I am one or two steps from replacement.

2. Does jealously have value in driving humans to improve themselves or is it a purely negative emotion?
I think jealousy can have value, but only if it is addressed and brought to light. By this, I mean searching for the reasons for the jealousy so that those parts can be worked upon to better oneself. I have come a long way in the ability to recognize the jealousy I harbor and to analyze it so that I may better understand myself.

3. A section of your life’s memories needs to be erased, which era will you elect to have erased?
a. childhood memories – age 3 to 12
b. teen and young adult years – age 13 to 23
c. adult – age 24 to 35
I feel like the most formative years for me as I can remember them was everything from my teenage years and beyond. I hardly recall much from my youngest years other than the fact they were difficult. I also have some difficulty recalling years during and after my initial skirmishes with depression around 17/18 years old. In that respect I feel like I've already stretched this and have memories erased. If I were to choose, I think I would remove my childhood memories.

4. With no laws or rules to influence your behavior, how do you think you would behave?
Uh, if the rules only no longer applied to myself, I would probably mostly carry on as I have, but would perhaps indulge myself in some of the darker recesses of my brain. If it applied to everyone I would do whatever I felt was needed to defend my family from all the other people who would love to have no tether to rules.

5. Does anonymity encourage people to misbehave or does it reveal how people would choose to act all the time if they could?
I think anonymity does both. I feel like the tail end would feed the mouth of the next in an unending loop that will just get bigger and bigger. Kind of like how America has become in the last few years under the current president.

I have both available to me, through work, as well as through friends who made some masks.

How Sexy Are You?




1. Do you have a strong imagination? Why do you think this?
I really don't but I wish I did. I'm way too logical for my own good.

2. Are you confident
I can fake confidence pretty well most of the time. I'm really a self conscious and anxious mess though.

3. Do you consider yourself to be sensual?
a. You bet I am!
b. Eek, no way.
c. In the right moments, I can be.
A - I am a very sensual person.

4. When was the last time you dressed provocatively to entice flirting or attention?
Hmm, it's been quite a while. I haven't gone anywhere in the last two months and Husband doesn't seem to notice me lately.

5. How often do you think about sex?
Lately? A few times a day. When there isn't a pandemic going on? About every 10 minutes.

6. If someone called you ‘sexy,’ what would you do?
Blush and say thank you. Then, I'd flirt with them if I was into them.

7. Are you comfortable with your body?
Not really. I try not to let that get in the way though.

Bonus: Are you good at getting what you want?
Not really. I've asked Husband for things lots of times and I usually don't get it (like sensation play, rope play, flogging, etc) and I don't really get what I want from other people either. I'm definitely not spoiled.

Sinful Sunday: Unedited

It's the first Sunday of the month, which is prompt weekend for Sinful Sunday. The prompt for May is "unedited" which means that the image cannot be altered in any way (no filter, cropping, etc.). The point of this is to see if it changes the way you take a picture.

Honestly, most of the pictures I share are unedited so this wasn't a big change for me. Most of the time, the only editing I do is cropping. I'm not very skilled with picture editing, so I don't do much of it. My photos are definitely not as nice as most people who participate in Sinful Sunday. Maybe one day I will figure out how to be better at it.

Anyway, here is my unedited photo. I would have liked to crop it a little bit but I think it looks okay the way it is.

Kink of the Week: Lace

I've always loved lace. When I was a kid, it made me feel cute. I absolutely loved to wear clothing that had lace trim, especially if it was a dress. When I went shopping to buy my first bra, that was lacy as well.

As an adult, I still love lace but wearing it makes me feel a lot of different ways, depending on the situation. Not only does it still make me feel cute, but it also makes me feel feminine, sexy, and elegant. I have a lot of lacy clothing in my wardrobe. Dresses, skirts, shirts, panties, stockings, bras, and lingerie. I probably have way too much of it, to be honest. I just love it so much. I love all colors of lace but the different colors evoke very different feelings in me. There are three colors that really stand out.

White lace appeals to the Little in me. Wearing white lace makes me feel cute and innocent. I enjoy wearing it when I'm hanging out in Little Space. During this time, it's very non-sexual for me. I also like to wear white lace when I am feeling very submissive and really want to be dominated.



Red lace reminds me of Valentine's Day and makes me feel passionate. I will often wear red lace on date nights with Husband. Red is a very sexy color and it makes me feel romantic. My favorite red lingerie is ones that are paired with the color black. I think those two colors go very well together and they make me feel extra sexy.



Black lace is my most favorite. Of course, being a goth girl, black lace is definitely a big part of my everyday wear. It's kind of like fishnet, mandatory in the goth wardrobe. Sometimes, I find something extra spooky, like spiderweb lace or a shirt that has a lacy ribcage on the front. Almost all of my bras have black lace on them. I have a large pile of black lacy panties that I wear often. I also have many lacy stockings that I wear with skirts and dresses. I have at least six different lingerie pieces that are black lace. I think black lace is the most versatile lace. It is something I wear very often and it makes me feel feminine and sexy.



Sometimes lacy clothing can be very itchy and uncomfortable. Those are items that only get worn for special occasions when it will be taken off soon after putting it on. For the lace that is soft and comfy, I really enjoy the way it feels on my skin. I especially love the way it feels when someone caresses me softly on top of the lace. My favorite thing is being kissed through the lace. It's so erotic and really arouses me.

Not only do I enjoy wearing lacy things myself, but I also very much enjoy seeing others wearing lacy things. There is not much better than seeing beautiful nipples trying to poke through delicate lace. Mmmm. I love that so much. I also really enjoy seeing a hard penis in lace, looking as if it may burst out any second. I like to tease through the lace. Touching gently, kissing, licking. Lace is so much fun.

I will always be a fan of lace and although I have a lot of it right now, I would definitely welcome more. It's definitely one of my favorite materials.
