How is it already time for TMI Tuesday again? The last week was a blur.

Expectations



Ash:
1. What makes you insecure?
Society's view of the perfect body and my anxiety.

2. What do you expect from a romantic love relationship?
I expect my partner to give as much effort as I do in a relationship. I expect my partner to show that they care. I expect my partner to make time for me. Quality time and touch are my love languages.

3. What do you expect from a friendship?
I expect my friends to show that they care about me when I'm struggling and to make time for me.

4. What do you expect from a Friends-with-Benefits situation?
I expect my FWB to use protection with their other sexual partners so that they don't put me at risk and to get tested for STIs regularly.

5. What expectations do you have for yourself?
I expect myself to be honest, friendly, and helpful to those that deserve it.

Husband:
1. What makes you insecure?
Being asked to demonstrate skills, being in front of large groups of people and the center of attention.

2. What do you expect from a romantic love relationship?
I expect love languages to be attempted to be met, meaning trying to accommodate a partner's love language needs. Communication, honesty, intimacy, sex, compassion, support.

3. What do you expect from a friendship?
Basically the same things as with a romantic love relationship, but without the intimacy and sex.

4. What do you expect from a Friends-with-Benefits situation?
I don't even know what I would expect from a friend with benefits situation; I suppose everything from a romantic love relationship, minus the intimacy.

5. What expectations do you have for yourself?
To provide for my family whatever is in my power to give them, to be a decent human being, to always stay young at heart.
