It’s no secret that I suffer from anxiety and depression. I do my best to fight it but it still gets me down no matter how hard I try.
Summertime is my favorite. The heat feels like a warm hug. I also get to swim, which is my second favorite thing to do. But probably my favorite part of summer is that my depression is virtually nonexistent most of the time. It’s a good three month break from mental illness that I look forward to every year.
So, come join me in the pool and let’s do some sinful things.
Have you tried a SAD lamp. I have found them to be really useful during the winter months to combat that and also take Vit D too
